PURPOSE: A hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generating apparatus is provided to facilitate the removal of hydrogen and oxygen bubbles from the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generating apparatus comprises an electrode unit, an electrolytic cell, a mixed gas separation filter, and a collecting unit. The electrode unit comprises a first electrode board(110) formed by attaching tourmaline optical catalyst to a stainless plate, a second electrode board(120) formed by attaching tourmaline optical catalyst to a stainless plate, and a plurality of spacers which are arranged between the first and second electrode boards alternately installed to secure the first and second electrode boards separate from each other. The mixed gas separation filter separates the hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas from the electrolyte. The collecting unit collects the hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas separated by the mixed gas separation filter.
