<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right X-ray CT tomographic image at all times regardless of the focal point movement of X-rays. SOLUTION: In the X-ray CT unit, with which an X-ray source provided with an X-ray tube 40 and a collimator 50 composed of parallel slit plates faces an X-ray detector array 70 with an examinee 100 inbetween and the CT tomographic image of the examinee is reconfigured on the basis of the detecting signal of the X-ray detector array, this device is provided with a control means 2 for controlling an X-ray photographing system 1 in a direction, where fixed photographing conditions can be provided, corresponding to the focal point movement of X-rays, a detecting means 3 for detecting the moving amount of a focal point F in examinee scanning and storing it in a memory and a correcting means 5 for correcting a CT value in X-ray CT tomographic image reconfiguration with correction data corresponding to the held moving amount of the focal point. Otherwise, in place of the correcting means 5, a correcting means 4 is provided for correcting projection data provided by scanning the examinee with correction data corresponding to the detected moving amount of the focal point.</p> |
