The device (1) has an adjusting shaft (2), a transmission (3) and an adjusting drive (4). The transmission has an outer ring (5) with an internal gear (6), a flexible transmission component (7) with an external gear (8), an elliptical inner component (9) and a bearing unit (10) that is arranged between the inner component and the transmission component. A number of teeth of the internal and external gears is different from each other, where the internal gear sectionally engages with the external gear. The transmission component is formed as a flexible bushing. An independent claim is also included for a winding device for attaching a winding wire on a component i.e. armature of electric machine.
