CONSTITUTION: The information collecting part(110) collects 'the user information included within a plurality of personal digital assistants locating within the prescribed distance. The storage unit(120) especially stores 'the user authentication information showing the user authority. The user interface unit(140) presently can indicate the current authentication procedure state to user. The controller(130) distinguish user based on the collected amount of user information.
