PURPOSE: A biodegradable flexible film is provided to maintain flexibility and transparency, anti-pinhole property and mechanical property, and to be used as an environment-friendly packing. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable flexible film comprises 20-99 weight% lactic acid and 1-80 weight% polyhydroxyalkanoate, and has biodegradability of 90% or more, an initial elastic modulus of 50 kgf/mm^2 - 350 kgf/mm^2 on a strain-stress curve, and haze of 20% or less. The polyhydroxyalkanoate is a homopolymer or copolymer containing at least one repeating unit selected from chemical formula 1 and 2.
