PURPOSE: A both sides flexible copper laminated plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stabilize the chemical, thermal, and mechanical condition by exposing the first polyimide film and the second polyimide film in the lower part. CONSTITUTION: A both sides flexible copper laminated plate is composed of a first single side flexible copper laminated plate(400) in which a first polyimide film(410) is formed on the first copper laminated layer, a second single side flexible copper laminated plate(440) in which a second polyimide film(430) is formed on the second copper laminated layer, and an adhesive composition(420) connecting the first single side flexible copper laminated plate and the second single side flexible copper laminated plate each other. The first copper laminated layer and the second copper laminated layer are formed as one of rolling, electrolizing, and copper laminating.
