PURPOSE: A safety method and apparatus for getting on and off of vehicle is provided to inform the safety phrase by sensing opening and shutting of the vehicle door. CONSTITUTION: The display panel is installed in the rear side or the side of the vehicles(2) to rearward. The detection sensor(12) senses opening and shutting of the vehicle door(3). The MICOM(15) senses the opening of the vehicle door with the detection sensor and indicates the safety phrase in the display panel(11). The safety phrase can be recognized for operator of the rear vehicle or motorcycle etc. Buzzer runs the buzzer emergency signal according to sense the opening of the vehicle door.
