PURPOSE: A movable heating device using a weaving heater carbon fiber is provided to improve spatial utilization rate by inserting a flexible member into a base. CONSTITUTION: A movable heating device using a weaving heater carbon fiber comprises a base(10), a support(20), and a flexible member(30). The base is placed on the floor. A winding unit(15) is built in the base. A fixing groove(11) is formed on the upper side of the base to fix the support. A hole is formed on the upper part of a winding unit. The support is fixed on the fixing groove. One end of the flexible member is fixed on the winding unit and the other end is fixed on the upper end of the support.
