BIOPOLYMER PRODUCED BY FERMENTING THE EXTRACT OF SOYBEAN WITH FOLIC ACID AND A COMPOSITION CONTAINING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composition containing folyl extract of fermented soybean(folyl EFS) is provided to promote collagen synthesis, anti-wrinkle activity, or metabolic activation of skin cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains 0.01-60 weight% of folyl extract of fermented soybean(folyl EFS). The folyl EFS is obtained by fermenting culture containing folic acid and soybean extract with Bacillus subtilis at 10-60°C and pH 5.5-8.5 and collecting high molecular materials of 500kDa or more molecular weight. A food composition, skin external formulation or cosmetic composition or medicinal and pharmaceutical composition contains the composition having folyl extract of fermented soybean.
