<p>PURPOSE: A communication terminal and a method for performing video telephony are provided to display a text image received in a communication terminal easily. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(220) transmits video data during video communication. When a text file is selected during the video communication, a control unit(270) converts the text file into a text image. The control unit transmits the text image by using the video data, wherein the text image is split into at least two pages. A memory(260) stores the text file under the control of the control unit.</p> |
