PURPOSE: A device of measuring wind direction and wind velocity is provided to measure wind direction and wind velocity according to temperature variation of thermopile caused by wind. CONSTITUTION: A device of measuring wind direction and wind velocity comprises: a sensor unit(100) that senses the temperature variation in 4 directions according to wind; an analogue amplification unit(200) that amplifies and outputs a output signal from a sensor unit; and a control part(300) for controlling the operation of amplifier and sensor unit.
