PURPOSE: A mask is provided, which effectively removes moisture generated in respiration and makes warm-keeping effect good. CONSTITUTION: A mask includes nano-fiber web(B) consisting of nano-fibers which are made of moisture-absorbing and heat-generating polymer and whose average diameter is 1,500 nanometers or less. The nano-fiber has hygroscopic rate of 90% or greater measured by the KS K 0339 method. The moisture generated in respiration is effectively removed. The warm-keeping effect is good by heat generated in respiration.
