PURPOSE: A mounting apparatus of a display device is provided to prevent a display device from being tilted while adjusting the height of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A second frame(30) is able to move vertically about a first frame(20), and a safety receiving member(70) is attached and detached to and from a second frame. The safety receiving member is connected to a display device, and a separation preventing member(100) is coupled to the second frame. The separation preventing member prevents the separation of the safety member in a state that the safety member is mounted at the second frame.
