PURPOSE: A medical toilet for self-diagnosis is provided to diagnose health condition or disease by detecting urine ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A toile(100) having washing device comprises: a component detection device(1) mounted at the drain of the toilet; a controller(2) which compares detected urine component with standard urine component data and notifying health condition to a user; a micom which stores standard component, compares and analyzes symptom; and a display device for showing analyzed information. The component detection device comprises a spectrometer or Lap-on a chip.
