<p>The system has a vacuum space formed between a liquid reservoir (1A) and an external envelope (1B). A propellant management device (14) made of heat conducting material is cooled by a cryorefrigerator (11) e.g. stirling type cryorefrigerator, to localize the liquid by microgravity at interior of the reservoir. A filling pipe (21) is fixed in a lower part of the reservoir when the reservoir is in the ground and surrounded by a double vacuum insulation wall. A drain pipe (22A) connects the reservoir to the external envelope with internal length equal to half of diameter of the reservoir.</p> |
