<p>Binding agent free dispersion comprises surface-modified indium tin oxide particles (10-40 wt.%), one or more solvents and one or more dispersants (0.5-10 wt.%) comprising oligoether and/or polyether, where the surface-modified indium tin oxide particle: contains indium (93-96 wt.%), tin (4-7 wt.%) and carbon (0.01-0.1 wt.%) with the total summation of 99 wt.%; and shows a xy-color scale value of 0.300-0.320 (x) and 0.330-0.360 (y), a Brunauer-Emmet-Teller surface area of 30-100 m 2>/g, a powder resistance of 0.5-5 ohms/cm. Independent claims are included for: (1) coating a substrate, comprising applying the dispersion on the substrate, partially or completely removing the liquid components of the dispersion, sintering the obtained layer by thermal treatment or using a microwave, light source or a laser; and (2) a coated, transparent and conductive substrate obtained by the above method.</p> |
