PURPOSE: A servo master for magnetic transferring servo pattern to the magnetic recording medium and a magnetic transferring method using the servo master are provided to improve contact feature with the magnetic recording medium excellent. CONSTITUTION: A membrane(110) has a first side and a second side. The membrane is formed in the first side. A plurality of stamp domains(120) comprises a magnetic layer(122). The magnetic layer is patterned to the servo pattern shape for to being magnetically printed on the magnetic recording medium. A piezoelectric element(160) is formed in the second side. The piezoelectric element offers the pressure to a plurality of stamp domains.
