PURPOSE: An image signal processor, an image signal processing method, a program, and a display device are provided to improve image quality by controlling gain of image signal and light emitting time according to correlation between a previous frame and a current frame. CONSTITUTION: A correlation deciding unit(102) determines correlation between a previous frame and a current frame according to pixel elements. A light emitting time setup unit(114) outputs light emitting time control signals controlling light emitting time within a first frame time according to correlation signals. A control value setup unit(110) outputs adjustment value adjusting the gain of image signals according to correlation signals. The gain control part(112) controls the gain of the image signals.
