<p>The device (10) has a temperature measuring device (6a) measuring temperature of a region of a blow mold (1). The temperature measuring device stays in a communication connection with transmitters (8a, 8b) arranged at the blow mold in such a manner that the transmitters wirelessly, separately transmit a characteristic signal to receivers (12a, 12b) arranged from the blow mold. A radio frequency identification device (RFID) communication unit is assigned to the transmitters, and the measuring device comprises a surface acoustic wave sensor.
