摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing conductive inorganic nano powder is provided to use equipment having low price at low reaction temperature through hydrothermal synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing zinc oxide conductive inorganic nano powder comprises a step of performing hydrothermal reaction at 70-250°C for 6 to 15 hours. In the method, a starting material is zinc acetate dehydrate or zinc nitrate and dopping material is molybdenum(Mo), aluminum(Al), gallium(Ga), or manganese(Mn). A precipitation agent is sodium hydroxide(NaOH). The content of the dopping material is 0.1-5 wt% of mixture solution of starting material and precipitation agent in distilled water.
