PURPOSE: A voice over internet protocol phone, a controller and a method thereof for receiving an order through a VOIP telephone communications from an order server are provided to supply an order reception service of the high quality by automatically supplying a VoIP communication charge. CONSTITUTION: An order receiver(71) receives an order description through the VoIP communication. A screen display unit(72) indicates a plurality of orders. An order paper output unit(73) ejects and prints order description. An order-taking guide transmitter(74) transmits the order reception guiding information.
