PURPOSE: A rotary roaster system is provided to prevent a worker from getting burned by effectively blocking the heat transmission to the outside of a main body. CONSTITUTION: A rotary roaster system comprises a main body(100) and a cover(200). The cover is coupled to one side of the main body by hinges(210) so that the cover can be opened and closed. A rotating plate(110) is formed by aluminum with the high heat conductivity, and installed in the center of the main body. Multiple cut parts(111) are formed in the rotating plate, and the rotating plate is connected to driving devices of various types. A heat generator(220) composed of halogen lamps etc is installed on the bottom of the cover. A reflection plate(130) is formed on the bottom of the rotating plate, and reflects the heat passed through the cut parts upward.
