The holder (1) has a holding portion (2) extending from a clamping part (3) at specific length for stopping a substrate e.g. potting soil, up to 45 percentage of opening diameter of a plant pot. The holding portion is provided with strip shape, where height of a holding area of the holding portion is larger than width of the holding area. A holding part is provided with frangible zones for shortening the holding part to the specified length, where the holding part has the length of 6cm. The holding part includes a broader construction plane for holding the substrate.
