MERCURY FREE FLAT FLUORESCENT LAMP

PURPOSE: A mercury free flat luminescent lamp keeping the intensity of a lamp is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost without manufacturing the glass substrate used on an upper plate and a lower plate. CONSTITUTION: An upper panel unit(110) includes an upper glass substrate(112) of a flat type. A fluorescent substance(114) is coated in the inner side of the top glass substrate. A lower plate unit includes a lower glass substrate of the flat type. The fluorescent material layer and reflector layer are spread in the inner side of the lower glass substrate. A metal electrode of - electrode pattern and + electrode pattern is formed. A spacer maintains interval between the lower plate portion and the upper plate portion.
