PURPOSE: An exterior panel for a building wall with an insulation function is provided to have an insulation function and improve decoration beauty and the function of the exterior panel by changing the laminating structure of the exterior panel. CONSTITUTION: An exterior panel(100) for a building wall with an insulation function comprises a main body member(10), a honey-comb(20), an insulating material(30), and a finishing material(40). The main body member forms the outer shape of the exterior panel. A housing space(11) is formed on one side of the main body. The honey-comb is attached on the bottom side of the main body through a joint unit. The insulating material is charged in a housing space and seals the honey-comb. The finishing material is attached on the main body and seals the honey-comb and the insulating material.
