RETROVIRUS EXPRESSION VETOR CONTAINING HEPO GENE AND TRANSGENIC ANIMAL CELL AND POULTRY THEREBY

PURPOSE: A retrovirus vector for transition and expression of gene encoding human erythropoietin(hEPO) is provided to massively produce hEPO from animals or cattle with less side effects. CONSTITUTION: A retrovirus vector for expressing hEPO contains a recombinant hEPO gene of sequence number 1. The retrovirus vector is replication-deficient retrovirus derived from mouse leukemia virus. The retrovirus vector regulates hEPO expression by inducing agent. The inducing agent is Doxycyline. The retrovirus vector is pTet2-hEPOWPT(KCTC 11335BP). A transformed animal cells expressing hEPO gene transformed using retrovirus vector. The animal cells are fetal fibroblast of bovine, embryo fibroblast of chicken, NIH3T3 cells of mouse or fetal fibroblast of porcine.
