PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for securing on-line payment are provided to supply a user interface independent from an operating system, thereby securing on-line payment information from hacking through the operating system. CONSTITUTION: An operating system(421) controls a video interface. A virtual interface module(426) hooks a message of the operation system. The virtual interface module transfers the hooked message to a virtual payment program. The virtual interface module controls the video interface instead of the operating system about image information display.
