PURPOSE: A method for making strawberry jam using rice syrup is provided to obtain strawberry jam with natural ingredient and reduce use of artificial flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for making strawberry jam comprises: a step of heating strawberry and water mixture at 95~100°C for 1-2 hours; a step of filtering the mixture with a filtering means; a step of heating again at 85~95°C for 15 to 25 minutes; and a step of adding 45-55 weight% of rice syrup and stirring for 15-25 minutes. |
