DE-BURRING DEVICE AND DE-BURRING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A de-burring device and a de-burring method using the same are provided to electrically etch cutting residue formed on the surface of a metal material. CONSTITUTION: A de-burring device comprises an electrolyte forming part(110), a de-burring brush part(120), an electrolyte supply part(130), an electric charge supply part(140), and a control part(150). A microelectrode is supplied to the de-burring brush part, and the de-burring brush part is composed of multiple microelectrode modules which etch the cutting residue. The electrolyte supply part supplies the electrolyte formed through the electrolyte forming part to the microelectrode modules. The electric charge supply part supplies a positive charge to a metal material, and supplies a negative charge to the microelectrode modules. The control part controls the de-burring brush part and the electric charge supply part, and etches the cutting residue on the surface of the metal material.
