PURPOSE: A terminal device using a peripheral device of another terminal by control of one terminal and an interface method thereof are provided to enable the first terminal device to directly control peripheral devices of the second terminal device and convert resources except the peripheral devices into an idle state when the first terminal device uses the peripheral devices of the second terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit connects the second terminal device(2). A control unit controls the peripheral devices of the second terminal device. A transmission emulator unit converts data of the first terminal device(1) through the connection unit to transmit it the second terminal device. A receiving emulator unit converts input data of the second terminal device through the connection unit into data of the first terminal device.
