PURPOSE: A target advertising execution method in an internet and a web-server used in the same are provided to enable an advertiser to pay an advertisement cost only when advertisement contents of the advertiser is actually focused, thereby increasing efficiency of an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(130) stores personal information items. A determining unit(150) decides an advertisement exposure candidate inputting an personal information item. The inputted personal information item is matched with a target client condition that an advertiser sets. A transmitter(170) transmits advertisement contents.
