PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof for preventing the misalignment of a pixel electrode are provided to reduce a stripe fault which generates the difference of a parasitic capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A line wiring is formed on an insulating substrate. An organic insulating pattern(20) covers the upper side of the line wiring. A first insulating layer is formed on the organic oxide and the insulating substrate. The boundaries of a transparent conductive pattern are located on the first insulating layer. The lower plate includes a plurality of gate lines(30), data lines(10) and pixel electrodes. A sub gate pad is electrically connected to a gate pad. A supplementary data pad is electrically connected to data pad.
