Injection syringe, esp. disposable, has a cylinder with an axially displaceable piston to which a piston rod can be connected, in which the cylinder is open over its whole cross section at one end and the piston rod is guided axially in the cylinder, while a coupling is provided between the piston and the piston rod, for opt. connecting them, indep. of the position of the piston. Pref. an adjusting device is provided on the piston rod for selectively moving a coupling element connected to it into a position of engagement or disengagement. |
