PURPOSE: A door handle for a stem oven is provided to separate a PCB assembly by separating an end cap and pushing one side of the PCB assembly in case of damage to the PCB assembly. CONSTITUTION: A door handle for a stem oven comprises a door handle body part(131), a door handle panel(136), a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly(134), and an end cap(138). The door handle body part is formed on one external side of a sliding oven-door. The door handle panel is coupled with the door handle body part and a manipulation part(137) is formed. The PCB assembly is formed between the door handle body and the door handle panel and controls the manipulation part. The end cap opens and closes both ends of a joint part between the door handle panel and the door handle body.
