摘要

A cutter for feeding multicomponent cutting/cooling medium in cutting zone contains a cutting plate with a mechanism for its fixing and a channel for supply of cutting/cooling mediums, is made external along the working body of cutter with decreasing cross-section at exit thereof into narrow opening under the cutting plate and is hermetically tightened by a sealing plate rigidly fastened on the working body.
