A method for the surgical treatment of the perforating defect of the soft tissues of the cheek comprises the transplantation of the forearm flap to the site of defect. The flap is folded with the skin outward. The skin is separated at the folding site, the external and internal skin layers are generated, the internal layer is fixed to the remnants of the oral mucosa, and external layer is fixed to the facial skin. |
