A converter of global energy comprises identical, hermetic, pre-fabricated bodies with plates-partitions, branch pipes for lift of gaseous working medium, branch pipes for lowering liquid-like working medium, on axles in horizontal positions turbines are placed with bucket-like paddles, identical, hermetic, pre-fabricated tank-precipitators with level meters and pipelines for discharge-supply of gaseous working medium, electric generators with reducers each of which has gear wheel, cardan transmissions on bearings and couplings of cardan transmissions with axles of turbines. Additionally the converter has hermetic pre-fabricated body made of dielectric material equipped with collector and pipes for hydrogen discharge, collector and pipes for oxygen discharge, anode and cathode with terminals, permeable membrane, water solution of KOH or NaOH, gasholder of hydrogen, gasholder of oxygen, tank for working water, tank for preparation of working solution, pump, high frequency converter of electric energy of low-amperic direct current, accumulator battery, balloon with compressed oxygen, compressor of working oxygen with electric drive from accumulator battery, compressor for pumping worked out oxygen to balloons, compressor for pumping in hydrogen to balloons. |
