PURPOSE: A sole of Masai working footwear is provided, which can realize Masai working by forming the angle of inclination of heel at 25~45 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A sole of Masai working footwear comprises a midsole(20) in which a sensitizer space part(22) is formed so that a soft sensitizer(40) can be install to the lower part and the angle of inclination of heel is formed at 25~45 degrees and which forms an arc shape; a soft sensitizer which is formed into the swollen arc shape of the curved surface; an insole(10) in which front and rear shanks(29-1) are built; an outsole(30) which is made of polyester or polyurethane and in which the angle of inclination of the heel is formed at 25~45 degrees.
