CONSTITUTION: A power outage post processing apparatus which disposes of the exhaust of an automatic regeneration vehicle with electrical heating wires comprises a duct(10), an electricity insulating body(20), a Nichrome wire(30), a discharge rod(40), a high voltage generator(50), and a voltage supply device(60). The exhaust gas flows in a specific direction through a duct. The electricity insulating body is welded on the inner circumference of the duct. The Nichrome wire is reeled inside the duct lengthwise. The discharge rod is installed inside the Nichrome wire lengthwise. Corona discharge is generated between the discharge rod and the Nichrome wire. The high voltage generator is electrically connected to the Nichrome wire and the discharge rod and generates a high voltage. The voltage supply device connects to the Nichrome wire.
