PURPOSE: A safety photo service providing method and a system thereof for transmitting location and photograph in the decided time by using a communication terminal of a ward are provided to accurately recognize the location of protector. CONSTITUTION: A location enquiry time of protector is instituted(S210). A location inquiry network of protector is changed according to whether the protector is located within a preset area(S220). The terminal of protector performs the location enquiry and photograph(S230). The location enquiry information is transmitted to the terminal of the protector(S240).
