A circulating valve has a body with radial passages placed in it in one row, stepped spool and barrel, spring and shear screws. To decrease labor consumption and to implement repair works and to increase safety the valve additionally includes stopper arranged as two half-bushings, ring, thread bushing and stop one. The spool additionally has a valve and radial passages, the barrel additionally includes seat of the valve and radial groove. The body additionally has second row of radial passages and inner groove. At that the spool is placed between the barrel that represents a fixed stepped plunger and the body which radial passages are shifted with respect to the radial passages of the spool to the side of its displacement by value of spool travel. In the lower part of the body thread bushing with ring placed in it and stop bushing are placed. In the upper part shear screws are fixed, those are installed in radial groove of the shaft, and second row of radial passages is placed. Ledges at the ends of the spool are arranged with the same area of cross section. |
