A generator of arc plasma contains anode and cathode units, an insulator. The part of anode unit, which forms an inlet part of arc channel, contains sections, the first one from the cathode is fixed, and other sections are installed in the case with possibility to move behind the second part of the anode unit, which forms an outlet part of arc channel, along their common axis up to the distance, which is limited by the support of case. The cathode and anode units are connected together through an insulator by means of a bellow. |
