摘要 PURPOSE: An ultra thin film type organic solar cell absorbing multi wavelength is provided to improve electrical energy generation by forming a structure corresponding to the characteristics like wavelength, polarization, amplitude, and phase of the sunlight. CONSTITUTION: An ultra thin film type organic solar cell(1) is composed of an ultra thin film(3) and a substrate(2). The ultra thin film is formed on an upper side of the substrate using an organic molecule with high multi wavelength absorption of a solar region. The optical energy is converted to the electric energy by radiating the optical energy to the ultra thin film. The substrate is one of crystal, glass, or synthetic resin film. The conversion of the electric energy is generated by vacuum-depositing a metal electrode on an upper side of the ultra thin film. The electrode terminal is formed by attaching a transparent electrode to the lower side of the ultra thin film.
