PURPOSE: A modifiable dry and wet road sweeper is provided to efficiently clean a road regardless of the season and the level of humidity. CONSTITUTION: A modifiable dry and wet road sweeper comprises a loading part, a feed duct(20), dry filter units(50), wet filter units(60), an opening and shutting unit(70), and a control unit. Foreign materials and air drawn in from the outside are loaded into the loading part. The dry filter units filter dry foreign materials from the loading part. The wet filter units filter the wet foreign materials from the loading part. The feed duct forms a feed passage for air filtered through the dry filter unit and the wet filter unit. The opening and shutting unit selectively opens and closes a dry flow passage(21) and a wet flow passage(23). The control unit operates the opening and shutting unit according to the humidity level of the foreign materials accepted to the loading part.
