<p>PURPOSE: A system and a method for recognizing a contact card using a touch screen are provided to recognize a protrusion for expressing feature information of the contact card through a touch sensitive touch screen, thereby displaying the recognized feature information on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A contact card(100) includes a protrusion expressing a feature of the contact card on the back surface. A touch screen(200) senses the protrusion to generate location information corresponding to the protrusion. A reading unit(300) searches a code database based on the location information and generates code information according to the location information. A controller(400) searches a feature database according to the code information to extract the feature information according to the code information.</p> |
