PURPOSE: A foreign materials removing device for footwear and pants is provided to clean foreign materials of footwear and pants using each rotating brush, and at the same time, to inhale the foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A main body(200) comprises a vessel for storing the water or an antiseptic solution. A lattice plate(220) is formed on the top of the main body. Horizontal rotating shafts(240) which comprises rotating brushes(241) are horizontally installed on the top end of the vessel in the bottom side of the lattice plate. The horizontal rotating shafts are installed on the main body to be rotatable, and clean foreign materials of footwear on the lattice plate. Suction holes(251) of suction columns(250) inhale the dust of the foreign materials to a dust collecting cup(252).
