PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and an assembling method thereof are provided to facilitate the assembly of a tube using an integral tube. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a tube insert hole(112b) and an integral tube(120). Multiple rows of tube insert holes are formed both horizontally and vertically of headers(110,110') at fixed intervals. Cut grooves(124a) are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tube. The cut groove prevents the tube from hanging on a gap between the tube insert holes when assembling the tube. The gap is formed between a tube combining surface and the end of a fin(130). |
