A method mainly concerns aerospace branch of machine building, but it can be used in other branches of machine building connected with designing the sealed containers or pneumatic structures. The problem of unloading the place of cut from stress concentration is the object of invention. Unloading from stress concentration is achieved due to including in operation of material along a perimeter of cut. The problem is solved by that in the method for prevention of emergence of stress concentration in the cut zone along the perimeter of cut a reinforcing element in the form of a hoop is installed, which is located with interference in a groove formed by the bent edges of cut. The hoop bears the load of stretching retaining the edges of cut. Mainly said hoop is manufactured from solid material of high strength or from a bundle of high-strength wire, which is joined by a high-strength glue. |
