A mashing-brewing-filter-hydroclone apparatus consists of vertical cylindrical tank, pipe branches for supply and removal of mesh, access cover, mixing device, agitator, filtering hamper with fluffing device, and electric drive. The apparatus additionally has steam jacket, providing for smooth control of heating of product and pipe branch for tangential supply of mesh, for removing of protein sediment by means of circulation of the mesh. |
