MULTI-FUNCTIONAL APPARATUS FOR CONVERTING DIGIT SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A multi-function digital signal conversion device for changing a transfer rate so that the transfer rate be between the communications devices is provided to implement a stable network configuration by attenuating clock jitter components. CONSTITUTION: A low-speed signal input unit(110) changes the received signal to uni-polar data. A low-speed phase synchronization reproducer(120) changes the extracted clock signal into the clock signal corresponding to the high speed commercial network. A first digital jitter attenuator outputs the adjusted clock to the low speed elastic memory(140). The low speed elastic memory outputs clock as the fast signal.
